The mental gymnastics of the EU with their surveillance policies and most recently their military "build up" (read taxing excuse for the poor) and now "voluntary" military conscription (read it as propaganda and more decption to cover unemployment) to fight a potential war against the regional empire in 5 years (what a joke) Those that do not realize the deception are way too naive... Solution: Keep buying #Bitcoin, it is a sale, goes a bit more down, so what, keep it off the CEXs, learn to be your own bank and safe self custody, DCA. Star progressively moving towards the #BTC standard, all currencies are going to zero against #Bitcoin image

And it is only the beginning, even if common sense comes back to the EU πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Ί leadership (which I doubt) the damage is done for decades to come, the energy crisis is crucial, they commit suicide sanctioning themselves out of the cheap Russian energy basket and now Europeans will pay dearly. Going against the regional superpower is always stupid, that goes for countries in the sphere of influence of China and the USA as well, countries going against them are just hurting themselves short and long term.
I hate the concept of super power countries but can't disagree, that is the order of things, China, Russia and USA are the current alpha dogs and there is nothing the small nations can do about it unless they want big troubles. The fastest the three super powers settle their differences and improve their diplomacy the better for world stability. It is amusing how brain washed/damage many are by their own governments and ideological biases. I guess too much main stream media news.
No country builds up military without using it sooner or later. This is the worst part. They need to use It to justify the expenditures. And to make the machine running, as It is not a static machine (finance + military, the so called military-industrial complex). As always, Europe copies only the worst of America and don't touch the good examples (regulatory freedom for example).
Many....no..MOST countries build up their militaries and never use it. Similar to a nuclear weapons, they make other side think twice before they step over the border. Europe was leaning into US for military protection for way too long. I don't agree with Trump in 99.9% of things, but Europe being able to defend itself is what Europe needs. Europe sent way too much money to US for it's arms. It's time we start investing into our own capabilities too. 450 million Europeans should not ask US for help to defend them from 144 million of Russians and should not finance military R&D in US for decades by buying US arms.
