I used to be super wired at night (literally 10pm was peak work/idea hour)
and it took me like 4 hours to actually feel "awake" in the morning.
My wife put me onto light health as something I was completely neglecting, and the problem is gone... this is all i did.

You are too skinny
Donβt do drugs
& Eat something π
you are too fat
listen man, I did two things that really helped my morning energy levels, #1 get morning sun. #2 cocaine. lots of cocaine
#3 more cocaine
Yup, been on the light-water-magnetism road for a while now thanks to Jack Kruse. Blue light, or more generally, non-native EMFs messing with your sleep is even the least worrisome of all the harm it does. Glad more people are seeing "the light" on this. Because all my screens are persistently filtered and my kid is used to this, she can't even look at default setting screens when she's somewhere else because she immediately notices the insane burn.
daylightcomputer.com is the tablet i mentioned
and getchroma.co has the glasses and light i use
- the latter I have a 10% discount code "bitcoinaudible"
Hi

Peak activity at 10pm ? Sound totally like me. Problem is until 9.30-10pm I have no time to do thing I want to, so of course I'm at peak when I do thing I enjoy the most. The very rate times I'm alone at home and not working on my fiat job, I can do shitload of stuff I like in a day. But normal day I have to work until 5.30 it 6pm, then take care of kids, homework, housework, cooking, cleaning, preparing next day, so I'm only free to do stuff alone late. And weekend I enjoy my free day time with my family.
your patterns WILL imprint on your children β€οΈβπ₯
iβve worked with families who usually stayed up till 1am together for all the same reasons- where after just a few new tricks similar to these, found themselves getting to bed around 10pm within just 2 months and no interventions or heavy talks with the kids. TEENAGERS too!
of course, every family is different though,
the possibility only dies when your hope does ποΈπ€
these simple tricks have done so much healing for the many lovely folks iβve worked with over the years. how sweet it is, that the first principles of health are so damn easy. π
Same here, definitely a night owl π¦
I use red lights throughout the house after 8:30 p.m. and wear the glasses. The difference is phenomenal in sleep. Also have you noticed how much your pupils dilate wearing the glasses? It's very relaxing for the brain
so true. when working with adolescents and young adults, just this trick alone has provided so MUCH relief to mental burdens and illnesses. early in my practice, it lead me to believe that all mental dis-order comes from in proper light signaling π₯΄
with more years of experience now, iβm quite sure of it.
Helpful info - thanks Guy.
Curious about your thoughts on Dr. Jack Kruse. On one hand, his work on circadian biology makes a lot of sense. On the other hand, heβs pretty overweight so Iβm not sure how much I trust his health advice.
Where do you stand on this?
healthβs fundamentals include light water magnetism, yes. what jack is forgetting to practice is mindfulness. the irony of his existence is how he has helped to uncover and reconnect many missing links to first principles of human biophysics, while also ignoring the most key factor of all- mindset.
when we begin to learn that the body is constantly listening and responding to *not only our external environment but also our internal environment*, we recognize the weight of our own mental complexes.
jack operates in frustration and anger- yes, rightfully so, i think as an ex-biophysicist. but there eventually comes a point where you realize your lack of expansion beyond your own/first-adapted mentality is exactly whatβs holding you back from living optimallyβ¦
maybe heβs too busy spreading the word and fighting the fight to realize, or maybe he sees himself as a martyrβ¦ whatever it is, is not for us to determine, instead i invite you to learn from.
stay curious, evolve towards love, and recognize, revere, and respect light. π€πππΌ
Donβt know him. But Iβd say knowing some information or knowledge doesnβt mean you make all the right decisions or that you know another related topic well (like nutrition). Iβd be curious what his stances are on that.
But again, I donβt know him so canβt really say.
Fair enough. If you have some time, you should look into Dr. Kruse. His series with Robert Breedlove is dense, but well done.
Well said. I know he has also mentioned that he began to understand quantum biology far before he stopped his busy surgery schedule (which was invariably long hours under artificial blue light). In other words, he has preached for longer than he's practiced.
Im not under assumption that a little fat is unhealthy. In fact i think its necessary. So i dont care. Stay mobile and thats what matters. If im as old as jack and still here its a good day.
I drank 10 beers got to sleep at 3am woke up at 7:30am, do not feel tired just a little headache. Btw. I use the noblue flickrfree lightbulbs and like them!
Hahaha well whatever works for you π
Any cannabis mixed in there?
probably
at this point my wife and I will try literally any holistic health trend. red light, sunlight, seed oils, tallow, organ meat, Wim hof, microplastics, wireful headphones, etc, etc. just tell us mainstream medicine disapproves and we are good to go π
Yes dude, the blue light is messing with everyone's sleep cycles. I need to get back on to my blue blockers. π«π€
#QuantumBiology and #CircadianBiology
I like E-ink readers at night
Don't forget to sort the nnemf's you get in the dark and in the light.
Another testimony for those pushing it off. Thank you.

This sounds like a paid promotion to me.
I think only the first step (getting light exposure in the morning) has any real effect.
You should really look into melatonin production and light then, imo.
So you are saying you lost your peak productivity/ideas time?
Thatβs correct, now Iβm just tired all the time π€£π€£
Same here π
I always had 10pm as the hour when I'm the most productive, smartest, I could solve issues that I was struggling with the whole day... Now with baby, I'm just constantly tired. The good thing about that is that jetlag doesn't affect me, since I'm always tired anyway.
