U.S. President Donald J. Trump has signed an executive order reclassifying marijuana from a Schedule I controlled substance—alongside heroin and bath salts—to a Schedule III controlled substance, placing it in the same category as many prescription drugs such as ketamine. The move could potentially pave the way for future federal decriminalization or legalization by Congress and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).

That's fucking hilarious. USA thinks that "bath Salts" (a term that refers to hundreds of completely different drugs) and heroin are worse than ketamine and have no medical value. Talk about a shit hole country. Cannabis is only illegal here because USA would bomb us if we made it legal.
Jealous? There are people in USA serving life for personal use. Reclassification from dangerous drug with no medical benefits to dangerous drug with medical benefits really isn't that big a step. We've had medical cannabis here for a couple years, but it's a monopoly, American and Israeli companies own all of it. And courts have only gotten harsher in response to home growers and dealers trying to enforce the big pharma monopoly. It's less harmful than coffee, it should not even be regulated as a drug.
