chat can't we just ban institutions and individuals who use Bitcoin to engage in usurious practices? it's not like they aren't trying to ban us from using their financial systems. all is fair in love and war.

chat do you think Bitcoin's upside is limited due to government and institutional involvement, including ETFs, or do you think Bitcoin's upside is unlimited because the hype phase is over and people are getting very serious about Bitcoin as a real currency?

when people speak of consequences they usually mean socially, which is fine, feel however you feel about what's been said, but there's a line that should not be crossed and it is the determination that hateful speech is 1) always bad, and 2) worthy of extrajudicial retribution. just like one must own what they say, others must own how they feel about what people say. your feelings don't give you the right to trespass on somebody's life like a stalker or predator.

x is really just an influencer incubator wherein the same people who control the outflows of money elsewhere can propagandize targeted audiences through them, but also works in tandem with the bot farm industry because that's the only way to con advertisers into forking over money for massive but ineffective campaigns. no matter how right you are about these issues, there will be no resolve because of these incentives and those deeper ties to politics and the media. really, any platform without the freedom to choose or forgo algorithms, to become a payable entity without approval, is a propaganda platform and its anti-censorship initiatives are gimmicks.
