If i send a #bitcoin transaction of 5 million sats and pick a 2 million sat UTXO and a 6 million sat UTXO to spend, should i assume the 2 mil sat #UTXO will be spent first or does it depend on the wallet?

Anyone know how to turn off the pause cutting or whatever you call it in the #fountain app? Where any split second of dead air is clipped out and it's just a constant fire hose of talking. I think it's driving me insane.

Made a #bitcoin PSBT on Specter that my coldcard couldn't detect, so i made one with Sparrow, signed it, went to finalize it on sparrow and got an error. So I went back over to specter to finalize and it's waiting confirmation...
