Itβs been a while since I last posted, so hereβs an update:
Iβve been off sugar for the past 3 months and it feels good - calmer if I may say. I still enjoy dessert, but with organic honey or dates.
I felt (and this is just a personal observation) that ADHD is linked to sugar.
I definitely recommend trying this path!
