Trying something new to lower my weight, blood pressure and cholesteral. 1 cup of oatmeal every morning with 1/2tsp cinnamon, 1tsp real maple syrup or honey, 1Tbsp ground flaxseed, 1Tbsp avocado oil, and a serving of blueberries. Also cutting out chips and crap and replacing that with fruit and unsalted nuts. My next lipid panel will be done in March
