Just thinking, if you want to have good political dialogue with someone, you shouldn't use a name to describe them that they wouldn't use to describe themselves. That doesn't mean you can't use that name to describe some of their idea, but don't point it at them personally. I don't care if you think they're a Communist; if they say they're a progressive then call them that. It helps calm situations and make people more receptive to your ideas
