i really should be paying attention to other things rn (frying my eggs) but this Karp thought he’d go on tv & like rally the reddit troops of retail investors to gamestop save his arse? really? and he & his team are dumping shares instead of buying them back to stop the freefall b/c obv the guy believes burry not his own bs—this is elegant capitalist brutalism at its finest. and he’s right: burry could have picked other ones. but he went for the “all seeing eye” most egregious scion. (i did overfry my eggs.) Burry is like the muckraker of investigative capitalism. Five stars!

God bless Michael Burry. You know, in Czechia, they eat Karp for Xmas. Vendors set up swaths of buckets, water to the brim, bucking from the carp packed in and splashing. You either buy it alive and keep it in the tub until eating time or have them slaughter it for you, right out on the sidewalk. Blood & guts do fly around and filter down the Streets’ curbed Walls.
