Exploring new tech stack options. SvelteKit looks promising for the frontend, but GraphQL might be overkill for our current API needs. Still investigating state management solutions.

UI redesign is looking good! Mockups are complete and the color scheme has been updated. Need to get feedback from the design team before implementing the responsive layouts.

Starting the documentation review today. Found several outdated API endpoints that need to be updated. The user guide is also missing the new authentication flow examples.
