@npub10r8x...t2p8 Utah just passed the App Store Accountability Act pending the Governor's signature. I am not a lawyer and cannot offer legal advice, but the bill reads as if you would only need to act if a Utah user creates an account with an app store. Because Nostr is decentralized, the user is not actually creating an account with Zapstore. So I would think the bill does not apply to you. The bill will go into effect May 7, 2025. Something to be aware of.
