IDK who needs to hear this but a #Carnivore diet consists of 100% animal based foods. Not 90%. Not 95%. Not 99%. That is called a Keto diet. I know, it doesn't sound as masculine as Carnivore but that's what it is.

I absolutely LOVE steak. I legitimately cannot get enough of it. Steak is also legitimately the only thing I eat. To be free of sugar and carb addiction is insanely liberating. 🥩🥩🥩
