What's a good podcast hosting software? Ideally something that makes it easy for the owner to upload their mp3 or whatever?

LibreOffice just took my presentation, and moved all the slide notes one slide out of phase.
I don't know how to fix it except cut&paste the page's objects and then the notes to another presentation by hand.
