With everything happening around us, with so much violence, loss, and people being taken far too soon… it’s easy to lose faith in goodness. It’s heartbreaking to see how dark the world can feel. But maybe that’s why choosing kindness matters more than ever. Showing up with gentleness in a world that feels hard. Smiling through storms. Listening when your own heart is breaking. Because sometimes the smallest act of love can remind someone else that goodness still exists. 🌎✨
I woke up still shocked and saddened by the news of Charlie Kirk. There have been so many heartbreaking things happening just this past month. Children being shot and killed, Iryna Zarutska on a train losing her life, and it feels like our world is becoming numb to the violence that surrounds us. Then this morning, I went online and saw so much hate from people celebrating Charlie’s death. It is disgusting, it is disturbing, and it shows the true colors of people’s souls. When I think of the world my children will grow up in, this is not it. How can someone wake up every day carrying that much anger? I can understand having your beliefs and even disagreeing strongly with others about theirs. But just as one person has the right to believe what they want, so does the person they disagree with. That is the beautiful thing about living in the United States. The freedom to believe differently without fear. The freedom to speak your mind and still respect another human being even when you don’t see eye to eye. That is supposed to be the foundation of who we are as a country. But somewhere along the way, people have forgotten that. We are so quick to hate, so quick to tear down, that we forget there is a real person on the other side. A real family that now has to grieve. At the end of the day, we may not agree with one another, but celebrating death is not the answer. If you find joy in another person’s death, it is not their soul that needs fixing, it is yours. We need more love, more compassion, and more humanity. And if we cannot start showing that, then we are handing our children a world that is colder, darker, and more divided than ever before. #charliekirk #nostr #thoughts

Some mornings it’s steak other mornings it’s carnivore pancakes. Either way I never thought breakfast could be this simple and healing. What’s your go to breakfast? #gm #carnivore #animalbased #meatbased

#GM Breakfast is the easiest meal in our house. Most mornings it’s eggs cooked in butter and some fruit on the side. Simple quick and everyone is happy. I used to overcomplicate mornings but keeping it the same has made life easier. What’s your go to breakfast? #breakfastideas #carnivore #animalbased #meatbased

Everyone talks about how amazing carnivore is but no one tells you what it’s like when it gets hard. In this episode, I’m sharing what I wish someone told me when I started: the truth about detox, cravings, why you might feel worse before better, and how to stop comparing your journey to someone else’s. If you're in the middle of it and wondering if it’s even working… this is for you. New podcast episode is out! Click here to watch ➡️ #podcast #gm #carnivore #meatbased #truetalk #asknostr
