Today we’re excited to announce the latest round of Bitcoin Beach Grants for Bitcoin Circular Economies (BCEs).
Bitcoin Beach and @Federation of Bitcoin Circular Economies are supporting 42 BCEs across19 counties with grants ranging from 500,000 sats to 5,000,000 sats. Congrats to all grantees! 🙌
Over the coming weeks we will share some profiles of the amazing work being done by these local projects around the world.
The latest Bitcoin Beach Grants will be paired with structured training and support for BCEs, with emphasis on supporting impact and future sustainability of these important community projects around the world.

Bitcoin Beach and FBCE announce latest round of grants for Bitcoin circular economies
The teams at Bitcoin Beach (El Salvador) and the Federation of Bitcoin Circular Economies (FBCE) are pleased to announce our second global campaign to support Bitcoin circular economies.
Bitcoin Beach Grants Round 2 will build on the success and impact of Round 1 grants made in 2024, where a total of 0.5 BTC was awarded to 22 projects from 18 countries throughout Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, Europe, Latin America, and North America.
Grants provided in Round 2 will be divided into two streams: one dedicated to supporting existing Bitcoin circular economy projects and one dedicated to supporting new, emerging Bitcoin circular economy projects.
An official application process has been launched and projects from around the world are invited to apply. Existing circular economy projects are eligible to apply for grants of up to 0.05 BTC. New, emerging projects are eligible to apply for grants of up to 0.02 BTC. The deadline to apply is August 8, 2025.
