One of my paintings made it into National Geographic along with an article about the undamming of the Klamath River ni goge domnat (I can hear the river), Klamath Land Pigments on wood panel (2022) Using pigments created from materials found on my traditional homelands. I made this painting in 2022 as part of my Klamath Land Pigment Project. A part of a series of paintings working with natural pigments to create paintings that interpret the patterns and stories held within the landscape of Klamath Tribal territory. #nationalgeographic
