The number of Nostr sites and clients affected by the Cloudflare outage? A little surprising. Please don’t do that.

ProtonVPN seems to make a lot of relays unhappy. Using Primal's anonymizing proxy is an okay workaround, but I'm curious about the problem. Is it Proton's lack of Windows and macOS IPv6 support? Or do many relays block VPN traffic?
