The hardest pill for me to swallow was an honest assessment for the things that occupied my mental space.
Mentors would suggest to me that I consume too much information, and I would miss the connection to the creative possibility I was ignoring when consuming information.
NLP certification taught me that you can expedite your identity, and yet it felt inauthentic to program yourself.
The interesting part about being curious enough to take in lots of different information, eventually the authentic parts start to really shine.

The best friendships bring awareness and they hold the best potential for your future self.
It’s just that most of our best friends fail to recognize the power of beliefs, because we were never taught their true potential.
The book is 17 years old now, “The Biology of Belief” and it talks about the perception of science that we were taught and the pieces of science that were missing from the education we received.
You create your own box, and solving the problems you face inside your box is an inside job of awareness and change of application.
