Note to future self!!!!
Do not ever, EVER, freeze pigeons thinking you can process them at a later date. It will not work out the way you think.
I spent about 2 hours thawing out and plucking pigeons only to be able to salvage just the breast. It was a total fail and ended up composting 80% of the pigeon.
Lesson learned, but still had delicious pan fried pigeon breasts.
