Is it just me or are there some profiles that follow you, then a day or less goes by and you see those same profiles newly refollowing you again? Essentially spamming your notifications. All you can do is "mute" them here on nostr? Is that like blocking them? #asknostr

Ok so, there are SATs (Bitcoin) for lightning and ecash for Cashu? But essentially ecash is still Bitcoin SATs also using lightning network? #asknostr
