Just a gathering of Aussie Bitcoiners sharing ideas, insights, and conversation about all things Bitcoin. And for those who love to plan ahead… Beechworth, VIC is now confirmed for March 13–15, 2026. This will be held at the larger Memorial Hall (next door to the Town Hall venue from 2025) If you arrive a few days early — we’ll likely have extra activities in & around the town before the weekend kicks off! The Bush Bash is a grassroots, volunteer-run gathering that’s made even better by the generosity of those who choose to support it. What an amazing weekend at the Beechworth Bitcoin Bush Bash! A massive thank you to everyone who attended — it was a pleasure to have over 150 Bitcoiners join us for this unforgettable weekend. Your energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm made this event truly special. Over 2.5 days of content, we enjoyed over 16 hours of presentation content, featuring thought-provoking talks, lively and inspiring discussions. We also learned a lot about each other, shared great moments, and perhaps learned a little too much about the dangers of leaving a pie in the microwave… one very upset Karen would agree! A heartfelt thank you to our incredible speakers for sharing their knowledge and insights with us, and for sparking so many important conversations. We are grateful for your time and expertise. We’d also like to extend our deepest gratitude to the organisation team and AV crew for their hard work behind the scenes — your dedication ensured everything ran smoothly and professionally, making the event a success. We’d like to take a moment to shine a light on an exciting and important project from one of our presenters at the Beechworth Bitcoin Bush Bash. The team at Consensus21 is working to establish a Bitcoin-powered school, one that offers an alternative to the traditional education system. The vision is to create a curriculum that’s centered on teaching kids to truly be themselves, fostering entrepreneurial spirit, and introducing important life skills like critical thinking, financial literacy, health & well-being, and sustainability through practices like growing your own food. It’s a fresh approach, aimed at empowering the next generation with the skills they’ll need to thrive in the modern world. What makes this even more special is that the school will be funded through Bitcoin donations, enabling them to remain independent and aligned with the values of the Bitcoin community.
