With the NBA talking about expansion to Las Vegas and Seattle, it makes me think that the Sacramento Kings management is purposely tanking to relocate the team. I wouldn't be shocked.

The Sacramento Kings are stuck in a 36-42 win season again.
I'd trade everyone I could for picks. Then, I'd try to get scouts, trainers, anyone from OKC. They showed how a small market team can succeed. We need to copy that formula.
