One thing I find entertaining are the DMs from people I have never heard of offering me staggering wealth if I would just engage back and merrily send my money to them so they can doubleor treble it and send it right back.

I was away at the coast, toes in the sand, sun on my skin. It was lovely!
Back at the fiat mine today... My thinking is that it's quiet and many people are away on leave so I can cruise along and putter about here.
But I could have easily done another 2 weeks in the sun.
How are all of you?
Hey Nostr! I have missed you ♥️

I’m starting to treat things labelled “sustainable” with suspicion…
I’ll do a small list…
Lithium batteries and renewable energy are sustainable.. how are the components mined? What happens to the water supply and environment in the vicinity of these mines?
Wind farms are sustainable… what happens to the birds, the old turbines?
So another little adventure in Africa
We went to a tiny little town with a few shops (no chain stores) two restaurants and one coffee shop.
It was pretty and quiet and the townspeople were so welcoming.
And they had cats 🐈⬛

So based on a small sample the most up to date #conspiracytheories are quite boring….
I fondly remember the Alien/UFO stuff, the Pyramids, that Moses was actually an Egyptian Pharoah, the Aztecs had planes and that ancient technology has been hidden from us. That Helen of Troy was in fact the operator of the Eye of Horus (?) and was valuable because she could use it.
Charles Hugh Smith wrote that everything is becoming “crappified” as we watch quality decline (he was referring to goods) but perhaps even the conspiracies have been downgraded?
