Iβm over working out. I was into it for a little bit. Now I hate it.
My only goal was no back pain and I have that.
Now what else does it do.
The number on my scale changes where it thinks Iβm getting more weight of muscles and you are able to do heavier things. Sure.
But it feels bad and is annoying and takes too much time.
I still do go to the gym but not at all like it
