Deli comfy food!
Today I opted for a warm meal... Of course, I also had some raw vegetables... I've been doing this occasionally lately because it's cold outside... And my body craves it. I don't heat any oil, though; everything is just briefly steamed... that way the vegetables stay nice and crisp.
Today I even had brown rice 🤡 and a delicious, warm curry with pumpkin, potatoes, purple sweet potatoes, peas, onions, bell peppers, and even tofu. The curry sauce is made with fresh ginger and turmeric juice, coconut, cashews, garlic, tamari sauce, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, and lemon juice.

The salad consisted of: chicory, kale, endive, bell peppers, broccoli sprouts, spinach leaves, lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, salt, and herbs.
