People who are being lobbied by the Russian Orthodox Church about "protection of #Christianity in #Ukraine" should probably keep in mind what _actually_ Russians are doing to Christians in Ukraine. In 2014 Russian troops murdered four Pentacostal priests in Slovyansk. In 2022 when #Russia troops occupied Irpin on the outskirts of Kyiv , they threw dozens of #Bible into the street and burned them – because they were written in Ukrainian. It's not about "protection of Christians", it's about protection of one very specific FSB branch called "Russian Orthodox Church". image
