Can't say I've ever seen this one. Weird hearing Scotty say "Star Trek", honestly. #startrek

Picked this guy up at the clearance bin. I'm dead tired of Bumblebee in general (as much as I like him). But I think his next stop is the garbage bin. The idea of a version of him with his original Cybertronian alt-mode is very appealing! Loved that weird, sci-fi like vehicle mode. Unfortunately, this boi is fragile as shit. The alt-mode kibble around his legs crumbles at the slightest twist, and given how complicated his legs are, it's inevitable that you'll end up with 2-3 ambiguous plastic shapes in your hand for each leg. His only saving grace (if you can call it that) was the five Energon rods they bundled with him -- that are completely useless. But I did cackle pretty hard when I realized what I was looking at. But, unlike in the episode, there's no way those are going inside him -- even if I could transform the fucking thing. I'm kind of stunned something so jank exists in a franchise this seasoned. Maybe I'm just naive. But I'm, at least, glad I didn't buy this at full price. ($7.50 vs $24.99) #transformers
