Open Source is not enough, “benevolent dictators for life” are problematic just as wealthy tech barons like Zuck or Musk. Making digital infrastructures participatory and representative will make them more useful and serve the public interest better (democracy anyone? 🙋). Nice to listen to @npub1j8vy...ld5q with @npub157rh...8pny on tech won’t save us talking about how also non-commercial projects like Wordpress can go astray if not governed properly:
