I made a demo video of the eCash wallet + mint + Stable Channel approach to offer BTC-backed USD eCash tokens. There's a lot going on. I cover the moving pieces, how it looks for users, and some of the pros and cons of eCash. The mint write Stable Channels settlement events to nostr. All new tech, be careful out there folks!
