2025 was an incredible year for @Pegah Rug on Nostr - something I never could have imagined. I never thought I’d build a small business here, supported by plebs who genuinely care, engage, and share thoughtful feedback.
Hand-knotted rugs may be familiar to many - part of childhood memories or meaningful gifts - but on Nostr, this craft took on a new life. Accepting Bitcoin opened a bridge between cultures, allowing people across the world to discover handmade art created with patience, care, and real proof-of-work. What makes this special isn’t just the rugs - it’s the community.Nostr showed me what’s possible when people support builders, creators, and small businesses instead of chasing noise.
I believe 2026 can be both challenging and powerful for all of us - especially for small businesses growing here.
