Someone tell Evan sideloading already exists to some extent on iOS. It's called SideStore.

Thanks for the recommendations. We’re still doing our research on sideloading but will still distribute on Apple’s App Store for as long as we can
Additional disclaimer for SideStore setup on Windows: do NOT use the current SideServer application to go through the installation process, since apparently it fucks with the pairing file and makes WireGuard connection impossible.
Had a fun time finding this out after maxing out free account ID limits, and having no IPA's install on a younger brother's iPad. More experience for me, I suppose.
