When you’re a kid, it’s natural to assume that adults know what they’re doing. But the most important part of growing up is realizing that nobody actually knows what the fuck they’re doing.

I was reflecting on that recently with work.
Where confidence is just being somewhere long enough that you forget you don’t really know what you are doing.
