At someone else’s house (X, YouTube, …) either follow the rules or leave it in peace (or kicked out)
Luckily there’s plenty of tools for free speech nowadays

The aspect of "my house = my rules" works quite well in Fediverse. You create an instance with a bunch of like-minded people and you federate with others. If another instance doesn't like you they defederate you. So you can have your rules and still be a part of a larger structure. But then: mega instances 🙃
Free speech is a bit of an impossible concept for me so I'll leave it. But generally yeah there are various channels of expressing oneself
