Why did Germany keep this Nazi law?

The reason it’s legal in America is largely due to the Amish
It is not illegal, you can homeschool you kids, but you have to learn them the knowledge according to their grade. The Kids also have to make regular exams to proof the learning success.
No, not true. They have to *attend* a school institution. There is Anwesenheitspflicht.
Of course you can choose schools. But they need to be there I thought?
