i know we have had words but fiatjaf not undrestanding the meaning of the word "application" is nothing to do with whether anyone appreciates your work
ultimately he runs the site so really this is just another example of how centralization is a highway to hell
Just learned about Hivetalk because of the Streisand Effect
That’s pretty cool, I tried to build something like that with WebRTC, but I wasn’t committed enough; I’m glad to see someone did

I fully expect Nostr to obsolete phone numbers and expect a standard for clients to use for people to call their peers/follows

I've seen this before in other circles ... the hierarchy, notoriety, ego, power struggles ... sad. Hopefully it'll all be overcome for the good of the concept and user base. 🤞
