To deploy drones in sky, airsapce violation, and even in space requires permit, they got some international agency to monitor that.
Need to research more tho.

SkyMesh subscribers can permit drones above their homes. with extremely long-range LoRa antennae and incredible line of sight (yer in the sky, bud) as long as you have a decent subscriber density in an area you wouldn't have a problem.
They get a discount if they commit to 6 months and let the drone drop a persistent solar antenna on their roof
