How old is he?
A couple of years ago, an engineer friend of mine wanted to learn more about Bitcoin. I gave him a reading list, in a specific order, because I thought it would gradually help him see the bigger picture. It worked pretty well, heβs been stacking consistently ever since.
The first book was The Price of Tomorrow by Jeff Booth. He does a good job explaining the current problems with the monetary system and how they relate to the exponential growth of technology.
Next was The Sovereign Individual, which dove into the dynamics of power and cryptography. How, especially in this decade, people would transition away from inflationary government currencies toward privately issued, cryptographically secured money.
After that, I lent him The Bitcoin Standard and Broken Money. Understanding the history of money, banking, and the monetary system solidified his conviction and put it all together.
The final book was Softwar. Both it and Broken Money resonated a lot with him, probably because they were written by engineers, speaking his language.
College freshmen. Heβs already read TBS & is now an expert on all things BTC π
