After yoga, I went to check out a new cafe run by two sisters from Colombia, but arrived to find it closed. How does a new coffee shop not open on Mondays and Tuesdays?
So I went next door to the bagel shop and got an earful about rents, immigration laws, and taxes that are crushing their small business. 😭 The couple immigrated legally from Brazil many years ago and became US citizens. They are saddened and angry about the direction the country has taken.
The planned decimation of the middle class due to inflation , endless wars, government spending and propaganda is on track.
