The police assert control over your body. And when they have to, they will put your life at major risk in the service of them doing so with the least possible risk to themselves. Someday we’ll have robots that surround people and patiently carry them away to wherever the police want them instead of nervous, lethally armed people of average intelligence. It sounds dystopian, but is the status quo better?
I mostly agree with this. I do respect this is scaredafornia so very well might be scaredy pants, but depending on how he and his items were strewn out across the back of the bus, I’m not sure a fellow bus rider crawling crossed a sleeping man to disarm him of the weapon that’s fallen haphazardly out of his belongings is the right move. Either way unfair to describe that as noticing a guy is armed. Id like to assume it was some mix of the two.
