TLDR; nostr and bitcoin both use schnorr signatures
Shamir secret sharing allows the splitting of a key into multiple shares
Shares can be put in distributed signers with configurable policies and contribute partial signatures in an instant over nostr
FROSTR does all of this already just not on Bitcoin
