Mods on reddit are going on strike against the platform. They’re turning their subreddits private in protest. I doubt anybody at Reddit remembers the reason that Reddit ended up taking off was because of a similar user rebellion at Digg. Users can take collective action against platforms and if it takes off, either platform gives in or dies. https://reddark.untone.uk/

Yea I wish I could use this as an opportunity to pull people toward Nostr, but I feel like everyone is already talking too much about Lemmy, and that the clients on Nostr, so far, such as Zappdit, and Satellite.Earth, aren't quite ready yet and/or what people are looking for...
