Yes, maybe with a toggle or checkbox above the zap amounts when you zap so it's very obvious which you are doing.

What do you mean? This is just the default. You can click on the zap button to change. Same screen to add amount options.

can the creator of the poll define the maximum sats for voting?
for example, place a 1 sat cap. that way, each sat represented a vote from a certain wallet
or maybe display the number of different pubkeys that voted. that'd be better, and the zapping cap could be removed
I need to refine the screen to add those options...
It's settled then... All zaps in Amethyst will be private by default. You can switch to public in the zap options page together with the amounts.
