Yeah Putin has already said more than once, that Russia doesn't care about western Ukraine at all.

He's also waxed romantic about the old empires and stuff, tho. He sends mixed signals.
That said, the Kremlin has said she is correct.
You would say the man which has proovingly:
- used his power to influence social media to influence elections all over the free world
- ordered to attack their neighbour country
- restricts free speech among russian citizens
- kills opponents with the secret service all over the world
is a great source of reliable information? Or could it be that this man just says what serves his goals?
