The World Intellectual Property Organization launched a time-stamping service in 2020. They already shut it down on Jan 2022, and being a trusted service, actually being able to validate the timestamps in the future is certainly not guaranteed.
Meanwhile OpenTimestamps has been around since 2016, and it'll take a total SHA256 hash function break to prevent you from validating upgraded OTS proofs.
