Chewbacca, sounding discouraged, says “I’ve been to 69 planetary banks and none of them will give me a bank account because I’m a Wookie. It’s bullshit man.” The Ewok, enraged by the story, slams his beer on the counter and yells “FUCK THE BANKS!”

The cantina song “Mad About Me” is playing the background. Cornelius grabs Luke by the arm and gets in his face and says “You just watch yourself. I work for the Fed.” Luke says sheepishly, "I'll be careful." Cornelius yells "You'll be debanked!”
