BIp85 style is a good start, some ratchet would be even better
You may like this. @djinoz and √-1 others has a solution that uses BIP-85 and proofs for making multiple for-purpose identities that can attest to each other's reputation, without revealing the association

Would these disposable identities appear anywhere? I mean, doesn't the Nostr spam filter rely on the trust network, which would essentially be nonexistent for disposable identities? 🤔
