There’s a very famous Spanish psychiatrist (Marian Rojas ICYI) who writes educational books and is very active on social media, and most of her work focuses on hormones, their triggers and their manifestations, especially in emotions, mood and mental and physical health. Very educational, she does an amazing work. In one of her books she mentions that when parents ask her at what age should they give their children a mobile phone, her answer is “when you think their brains can handle porn” She then says 16-17 should be a good compromise in todays society, but from a neurological development standpoint, apparently it should be at least at 25 Mind boggling. Worth to think about it, specially for those of us who are parents of small children

Reading a great book right now on the danger of social media for kids. "The Tech Exit". Really eye opening. Most parents think simply limiting screen time is the solution. It's not.
