I'm getting very tired of all of this @NostrMagazine spam. I may blacklist them and all related accounts from using the superfriends #relay because it's just absolutely excessive. :TheVoices: What the fuck are you guys doing? Do you really think this is helping your image? No legitimate publication should be resorting to these tactics. #nostr #relays

ya, they seem legit but their site looks ghetto, and their posts seem spammy. Not sure if they are actual spammers trying to look legit or whoever isn't running it, has no idea how to make good posts and never learned correct marketing. I unfollowed them for now until they improve themselves or we find out the truth but from your investigation it doesn't sound like a legit npub.

Good move. For me, it's easy to recognize legitimacy: - Do a search for "nostrmag" and look at all the fake accounts just spamming it today. - Look at how they are engaging with their target audience (us on nostr.) - Would any legitimate publication which knows the slightest thing about nostr culture use these methods? I haven't read any of their "articles" but I would not be surprised if it were all just generated AI content to try to monetize in some way or another.

Ouch, and the irony, we do not use bots, we have a network of writers and friends whom are Nostriches but no bots, we all have been here since it's inception. We will continue to work hard on making our magazine better, the feedback so far is quite positive and we hope it will get only better, critism is important, your input may sound hostile and aggressive for most, for us is not, we value it and accept it as an excellent source of information, you can't make happy everyone, but every critical comment is a data input for management to asses and decide next steps.
