It's linked on the website, I updated the labels to say "identities", which is more accurate. It's way less actual users on Nostr. Here is the statistics from: https://stats.nostr.band/

The website lists all the top relays in one chart, that's where it gets the data from.

I don't think we can just call an npub a user, there must be some additional metrix attached to the npub other then registered on a relay, like posts per month or a high WOT score.
