He appears to have cotton balls in his upper gums, which is a well known spy thing.
Hypothesis: the troon scene in this part of UT had a chatroom where they fantasized about killing Charlie Kirk, and Skye committed to doing it, sharing it with the group who couldn't help but leave hints online.
